Fundamental Sessions:

This session will make sure you are moving correctly on the common movements (squat, dead-lift, push up etc.). This is a great chance to work on technique and gain confidence before moving into the normal classes. 

What is the Fundamentals session?

Free Week:

After completing your fundamental sessions, you will then get a free week of our normal classes before making the decision to join up.
