The main focus in this class is to raise the heart and get you sweating. These classes are carefully planned to make sure you are hitting the correct intensity and improving your fitness!

Do you enjoy lifting weights and getting stronger? Then this class is for you! You can guarantee you are using the correct technique and getting the most out of every session. We believe we have set up the perfect balance of strength and conditioning to achieve amazing results! 

PUNCHFIT

Learn boxing and pad work techniques in a fun and challenging fitness session. Punch is a workout that can accommodate for all levels of strength and fitness and can be enjoyed by beginner to advanced participants. Drills can easily be modified to increase or decrease intensity and complexity of the workout. 

METAFIT

A style of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. It gets results because it creates a metabolic disturbance, increases your resting metabolic rate and increases fat burning. Can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. HIIT is about 20 minutes.
